So I’ve been trying to eat healthier the past few days. I haven’t been perfect by any means but much better than I was long before I started this journey. Trying to figure out lunches has been my biggest obstacle. Lately I’ve been chowing down on a turkey wrap. Whole wheat flatbread with lean turkey, baby spinach, and a bit of goat cheese. It’s delicious! And has quickly become my favorite lunch. But I’m afraid of burnout, getting bored with my meals. So I’m looking for some new, easy, fast lunches to make. My workout schedule has been non-existent unfortunately. I’m working on trying to figure out the best time of day to do my workout. Today, I’m going to try to do it at night. We’ll see how it goes!
