Ok, so obviously I’ve fallen off the wagon (and been run over by said wagon) on this whole weight loss thing.

But you know what? That’s ok! It’s ok that I didn’t keep with the plan. It’s ok that life got in the way. As long as I jump back on the wagon and try again!

Which is exactly what I’m doing.

Currently, I’m weighing in at 286lbs. And I don’t like how I feel. I get tired too easily. I don’t have the motivation to do some day-to-day tasks. Every day is just blech!

This time around I’m using BeachBody On Demand. Guys, if you haven’t heard about this you should totally check it out! BeachBody has put all of their workout programs online so you can stream them wherever and whenever. The package I ordered also provides a month of Shakeology and the portion fix containers.

I’ve already started trying to make healthier choices when it comes to eating. But I want to wait until all of my products arrive before I start my workout program. I’m eager to get started and see some results but I also don’t want to jump the gun and burn out too early.

We’ll see how things go. I’m planning on taking some progress pics every week to see more of a change (not sure if I’ll post them or not). But I will be making sure to update this blog more regularly as well.
